Residents invited to Big Conversation on NHS services at Charlton House

NHS Greenwich Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) – the organisation which plans and buys most local health services – is inviting residents to take part in our Big Conversation workshop at Charlton House on Friday 13 July.

At the Charlton House event, Greenwich residents will have the opportunity to scrutinise proposals under Greenwich's clinical commissioning strategy (CCS) and work directly with NHS commissioners to ensure local NHS services are fit for the future.

Dr Ellen Wright, a local GP and chair of NHS Greenwich CCG, said,

"The first Big Conversation took place in the early spring, and following feedback from local people and our community and voluntary sector partners, the CCG developed some priority areas for our clinical commissioning strategy.  We now want to check and develop these priority areas with residents at the Big Conversation event at Charlton House.  Residents' views will guide our commissioning decisions for the next three years, so it is vitally important that we hear from local people who use NHS services."

In addition to attending the Big Conversation event at Charlton House, residents in Greenwich are asked to take part in this short survey.
The survey closing date is 31 July.

The Big Conversation event at Charlton House will take place from 10-12pm on Friday 13 July.  Directions to Charlton House can be found here.  Refreshments will be provided.
